Man Arrested in Connection with Series of Storage Unit Thefts in New Jersey

A man from Camden County, New Jersey, has been arrested and is now facing charges in connection with a series of storage unit thefts in Gloucester County, according to local police.

The incident occurred at Mantua Self Storage on Main Street in Mantua Township. On January 2, officers from the Mantua Township Police Department responded to a reported theft at the facility. Upon arrival, they discovered the suspect, identified as 33-year-old Philip Wolfe from Mt. Ephraim.

During their investigation, the police found that a total of nine storage units had been entered and damaged. Additionally, approximately $4,000 worth of items were stolen from five of the units. The police were able to determine that Wolfe was responsible for these thefts. They also accused him of carrying out additional thefts at Cube Smart storage, located on Bridgeton Pike.

After obtaining a search warrant, the police recovered thousands of dollars worth of stolen goods from units registered to Wolfe. However, they are still in the process of returning the items to their rightful owners.

Philip Wolfe is now facing several charges, including burglary, criminal mischief, and theft.
