Woman Fatally Shot in Baltimore Incident

Late in the evening of January 14, tragedy struck in Baltimore as a woman lost her life in a shooting incident. The Baltimore Police Department swiftly responded to a call regarding the incident, which took place on the I-83 North Exit 3.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered two individuals inside a vehicle. The first, identified as 30-year-old Jazmyn Reed, had sustained a life-threatening gunshot wound. Sadly, despite the best efforts of medical personnel, Reed was pronounced deceased at a nearby hospital.

The second individual, identified as 27-year-old Christopher Lee, was found to be conscious and uninjured. Baltimore Police took Lee into custody as part of their investigation into the incident.

Initial findings from the investigation suggest that a verbal altercation had occurred between Lee and Reed, ultimately leading to the fatal shooting. As detectives took over the case, Lee was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and subsequently charged with second-degree murder, along with other related charges.
